He is a proven top performing, entrepreneurial P&L leader with a record of the successful delivery of strategic initiatives including leadership in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, sales, continuous improvement, and product development.
Beginning his career in England with Siemens, he moved into sales with RS Components and then SAFT, the French leader in lithium batteries. After emigrating to the US in 1997, he held several positions with Exide Corporation: Director, International Sales Operations, General Manager, Latin America, Vice President, Sales and Service–Asia Pacific.
With C&D Technologies, he held several roles of increasing responsibility, General Manager–Motive Power Division, Vice President, Marketing and International Sales, Vice President, Business Development and Chief Marketing Officer.
He served as President, Battery and Energy Products, Ultralife Corporation (NASDAQ: ULBI) and led the company's expansion into new markets through acquisition and organic growth.
With Enersys (NYSE: ENS), he served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations and led their successful $1 Billion acquisition of The Alpha Group and NorthStar Battery. He has been a consultant to the energy storage industry and private equity firms looking to invest or acquire in the space.

Kev is EnerDel’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), responsible for engineering, sales, marketing, customer program management and strategic business development. Kev has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of batteries, fuel cells and electrified powertrain development.

Prior to joining EnerDel, Kev held leadership positions at Electric Last Mile Solutions (ELMS) as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) as their Global Head of HV Batteries, Karma Automotive as their Vice President of Powertrain and EV Driveline Systems, Idaho National Laboratory as their Division Director of Clean Energy & Transportation and Senior Manager of Zero Emission Research at Nissan Motor Company.
Kev holds a doctoral degree from Princeton University and a Bachelor's of Science degree from New York University (NYU) in addition to executive management training from Cornell University and Vanderbilt University.

As EnerDel’s VP of Finance and Internal Controls, Chris is responsible for leading EnerDel’s finance organization. She is an experienced senior executive and CPA with a proven record of establishing cross-functional partnerships to deliver outstanding results.

A responsive leader with the ability to drive operations within marketing, sales, analytics, and business development areas, Chris previously served as Accounting Manager, playing an integral role in the day-to-day management of the accounting team, procurement, and inventory management.
Prior to EnerDel, Chris served as a VP for the National Programming Service where she was a leader for key business areas including finance, accounting, information technology, operations, human resources, and administration. She was instrumental in driving sales to become a top four national retailer, she led the organization to increase RPU by 10% across all product lines and she was responsible for negotiating contracts that lead to an annual $1 million increase in revenue.
Throughout her 20-year career, Chris has been accountable for all facets of accounting and finance along with allocating resources to exceed profit and sales goals. Adept at analytics and skilled at streamlining, reorganizing, and leading team productivity, Chris is a responsive leader with the ability to drive operations within accounting, marketing, sales, and business development areas.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University and a bachelor's degree in Communications from Purdue University.
Bob Hong
Sr. Director, Engineering
Bob is leading EnerDel's Engineering department. He has 15 years of experience in engineering of EV/Hybrid powertrain system, high voltage battery system and battery management system.

Prior to Enerdel, Bob served as Manager of Battery Control Systems at Rivian Automotive, Manager of HV Battery Systems at Karma Automotive, and Manager of New Energy Powertrain Systems at GAC Engineering. He led multiple EV/Hybrid vehicle projects and HV battery projects from concept to production, as well as advanced technology and R&D.
Bob holds master's degree in Automotive Engineering and bachelor's degree in Engineering and Automation from South China University of Technology.
