We are a small, rapidly growing company hiring highly motivated, organized self-starters with a can do attitude.


MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program/Project Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication with cross-functional teams including providing timely communication, coordinating assigned deliverables and overseeing quality planning documentation.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Coordinate development and production plans of product including confirming requirements, timing and deliverables.
  • Maintain master project timeline.
  • Coordinate Capital expenditures and monitor spending requirements – including submission of requests for management approval.
  • Drive team success – including clarifying team member goals, assisting milestone development, identifying roadblocks and establishing necessary actions to meet project deadlines and requirements.
  • Coordinate quality metrics.
  • Coordinate PPAP activity.
  • Initiate Plant Operation reviews and establish measurable initiatives – including outlining plant operations overhead cost structure.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Ability to travel required. (Approximately 10-15%)
  • Successful experience working with customers to understand expectations and to deliver results is a must.
  • Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and deliver results is essential.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE, ME) required.
  • 5 years related experience required.
  • MS Project skills required.
  • Government project planning and management experience is preferred.
