MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops requirements for validation of a highly complex, mixed signal, integrated circuit development effort.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Coordinates Development of Integrated Circuit.
- Includes Creation of all Specifications and Definition for Validation and Testing.
- Interfaces between design groups.
- Defines Validation Test parameters.
- Will personally perform a large portion of the testing.
- All other duties as necessary and assigned.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Working knowledge in High Voltage, Mixed Signal environment.
- Very good familiarity with Integrated Circuit processes, development and/or test techniques.
- Very good familiarity with product and/or system-level verification and validation techniques.
- Excellent familiarity with product and systems-level requirements development and documentation.
- Excellent familiarity with Automotive EMI and ESD Testing Requirements and Documentation.
- Experience in Automotive Development Environment Required.
- Very good problem solving skills.
- Self starting, energetic, adaptable and reliable.
- Battery Knowledge and Background is a Plus.
- Must be able to easily adapt to changing situations.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in design or development of electrical building blocks, products or systems required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Previous validation development experience required.
