We are a small, rapidly growing company hiring highly motivated, organized self-starters with a can do attitude.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Quality team with testing and analysis.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Develop and program test profiles for products.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair testing equipment.
- Design, build and modify product fixtures for test chambers.
- Monitor spare parts crib for test lab.
- Assist R&D group with test setup and data analysis.
- Train operators on use of testing equipment and assist with daily production testing needs.
- Receives product from cell and systems integration manufacturing groups.
- Measures critical product characteristics, selects proper test schedule, runs product test and logs measurement/test data in appropriate database.
- Analyze test results, remove bad product and pass good product to internal and external customers.
- Disposes of old product according to company guidelines.
- Calibrate/Verify test equipment.
- All other duties as necessary and assigned.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
- Previous testing and analysis experience required.
- Programming experience is helpful.
- ISO 9000, IS) 14000, PPAP and FMEA experience helpful.
