We are a small, rapidly growing company hiring highly motivated, organized self-starters with a can do attitude.


MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Quality team with testing and analysis.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Develop and program test profiles for products.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair testing equipment.
  • Design, build and modify product fixtures for test chambers.
  • Monitor spare parts crib for test lab.
  • Assist R&D group with test setup and data analysis.
  • Train operators on use of testing equipment and assist with daily production testing needs.
  • Receives product from cell and systems integration manufacturing groups.
  • Measures critical product characteristics, selects proper test schedule, runs product test and logs measurement/test data in appropriate database.
  • Analyze test results, remove bad product and pass good product to internal and external customers.
  • Disposes of old product according to company guidelines.
  • Calibrate/Verify test equipment.
  • All other duties as necessary and assigned.

  • Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution.
  • Must be able to easily adapt to changing situations.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE

  • Previous testing and analysis experience required.
  • Programming experience is helpful.
  • ISO 9000, IS) 14000, PPAP and FMEA experience helpful.
